International Rose of Tralee Róisín Wiley launches the Rose of Tralee International Festival’s Communities in Tralee, Co Kerry this week
International Rose of Tralee Róisín Wiley and Rose of Tralee International Festival chief executive Anthony O’Gara launch Rose of Tralee International Festival’s Communities at the Meadowlands Hotel in Tralee, Co Kerry.
The Rose of Tralee International Festival is coming to communities across Ireland to host events in search of your local Community Rose & Rose Escort. The Rose of Tralee International Festival will be holding Community Rose Selections throughout the country from November through to March, offering local community groups a unique opportunity to raise funds and find their next Community Rose and Rose Escort.
We want to bring the magic of the Rose of Tralee to your locality and celebrate the young people who are at the heart of your community, while supporting your local fundraising efforts. At these Community Rose Selections, two ambassadors will be selected to represent their area and go forward to their County Selection. This Rose and Rose Escort will represent your group at events throughout the year, helping to raise awareness and celebrate your good work.
Proactive fundraising groups are encouraged to reach out to the Rose of Tralee International Festival to get involved. If you would like to put your community on the map, email info@roseoftralee.ie or visit www.roseoftralee.ie for more details.
