I am fully Qualified in Sports & Exercise as well as TRX, Boxercise, CrossFit, Kettlebells, rebounding & Spin.
I have been working in the fitness Industry for the last 16 years, I was teaching Fitness classes in UCD and Personal Training in Dublin for 3 years and the gym in Killorglin was open 13 years this April, so I have seen a few fitness trends come and go, but the truly effective ones stay
I don’t have any one sport I am involved in I love simply to move and challenge my body, whether that be with weights, out on the Bike or Hiking up some of our amazing mountains.

I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, accredited by IAHIP, and have been in private practice for 25 years. I work with individuals, couples and families in the area of emotional and psychological issues. I also work with groups, providing training, support and supervision, and was for years the director of the Accompaniment Service for the Child and Adolescent Sexual Assault Treatment units in Galway and the Rotunda Hospital in Dublin. I have also worked clinically for CARI (Children at Risk in Ireland), which offers therapy to children affected by sexual abuse. I am a former Secretary General of the Bahá’í community in Ireland.

Nora has been working with Slimming World almost five years as a Consultant. Her missions is supporting and empowering people to change their lifestyle and consumption habits for a healthier life! Slimming World focuses on a sustainable weightloss plan using normal everyday foods. Nora was previously employed as. Community Youth Worker for over 15 years, she has extensive experience in one to one and group work, a passion for food and fitness and banter! Having lost five and a half stones in weight Nora has been on her own journey of weightloss and better health. She is also currently studying in Nutritional Coaching with the BTN academy. Lisa Curran BMus, BAST, Founder and manager of Tralee Vocal academy and Tralee Music services. Lisa is a Vocal, Choral, and vocal workshop Tutor. Lisa is a native of Tralee, Co. Kerry and has been a Music and Singing fanatic all her life. Lisa began on stage at the age of 3 in Tralee and has been leading lady for countless musical theatre productions in County Kerry before branching over to Cork to study for her BMus in the CIT Cork School of Music where she graduated with honours in 2010.Lisa is the Music contributor for Connect Kerry Magazine (Music in the Kingdom)

My name is Carmel Russell, and for the last 36 years I gave been in retail and can honestly say it is the best job in the world if you are a talker like I am. When I left school all I wanted to do was become a nurse but as the sight of blood makes me faint it was a wise decision to change career paths. I worked in Razzle Dazzle for 27 years until it closed in 2011 and since then am working in That’s Perfect. In my down time I like to go for a walk on the beach or listen to relaxing music and when the basketball season starts I can be found at all the Warrior home games at the Tralee Sports Complex. Each month I contribute to Connect Kerry with some words of wisdom regarding Accessories and what is the latest fashion. I have by nature a happy outlook so I always look for the best in every situation a trait given to me by my Dad.
Tara
Tara is a Kerry based Interior Designer, having graduated with a BA (hons) Interior Design in 2003, she has over 15 years field experience. Tara was teaching at the prestigious KLC School of Design in London for several years before coming home to county Kerry, where she then completed her MA. She now specialises in interior Design, bespoke pattern design and homewares influenced by the landscapes of co.Kerry.
Tara will take you from Initial planning stages, through to final decor choices to bring your home to life. Whilst every space is different, coming with its own challenges, Tara will create a space that looks, feels and functions as you need it to. Creating places that are a pleasure to be in.
