BRICKTIONARY: THE INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE EXTENDED IN DUBLIN DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND

The highly acclaimed Bricktionary: The Interactive LEGO® Brick Exhibition’ in Dublin’s Theatre of Light is thrilled to announce an extension of its stay due to demand. Originally scheduled to close on Tuesday, August 6th, the exhibition will now run for over an extra month, until September 8th 2024, giving more Irish LEGO® enthusiasts the opportunity to immerse themselves in this extraordinary experience.

Since its opening, the Bricktionary experience has captured the hearts of thousands of visitors, showcasing over 150 models from Ryan ‘The Brickman’ McNaught’s renowned book “The Bricktionary: The Ultimate A-Z of LEGO®.” This European debut of the exhibit has already become a must-visit event for families, children, and adults alike, featuring life-sized animals, iconic creations from the TV series “LEGO® Masters Australia,” and numerous interactive build zones.

Ryan ‘The Brickman’ McNaught expressed his excitement about the extension: “We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the response from Dubliners. I never knew Ireland was such a LEGO® -loving country! It’s been incredible to see so many people of all ages enjoying the creative challenges and amazing LEGO® models. Extending the exhibition allows even more people to experience the joy and inspiration that LEGO® brings.”

In addition to the extended dates, the LEGO® Bricktionary experience is also now offering special “Sensory Hour” slots every week, designed to provide a calmer, more controlled environment for visitors with sensory sensitivities. These considered slot times ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the magic of LEGO® bricks in a way that suits their needs.

Dan Gleeson, Co-owner of Dublin’s Theatre of Light, shared his enthusiasm: “The response to the Bricktionary exhibition has been phenomenal. Extending the dates gives everyone a chance to come and see what the excitement is all about. One thing we’ve definitely noticed about the thousands of Irish visitors so far is this is not just an experience for kids! There are a huge number of adult LEGO®  lovers in this country!”
