Its May can you believe it.. we are half way through the year already… the weather is lovely and we are all hopefully getting out and connecting with our health and speaking of that we are hosting a really lovely event on Saturday May 15th at the Rose Hotel, we have a host of speakers with
lots of valuable advice to get you back to a healthy you, re-setting ourselves is very important, taking time out to review our health and lifestyle will make us a better person for our work and families and most importantly for ourselves. The day will have a host of experts to give you the tools to mind yourself and live your best life. A delicious lunch is included and lots of treats through the day with a lovely goody bag packed with healthy treats to take home is also part of the day, we have featured the speakers here so you can read all about it, limited tickets are available so give us a call if you would like to attend.
We also chat to Sile Seoige and it’s a really lovely interview, chatting about life, work family.
Of course our Annual Connect Kerry Women in Business Awards is back again after a covid break of two years, we have an amazing number of ladies already nominated and the nominations will close on may 15th so do get in touch if you wish to nominate yourself or a lady in business you feel deserves recognition. Its so encouraging to see the number of new businesses that have started in the last two years. And of course, we are looking forward to having finalists family and friends party the night away on June 10th.
