Derived from skincare, the LIP MAESTRO SATIN’s breakthrough double-gel thin film technology combines the strength of liquid lipsticks – such as lightness, moisturizing action, strong color intensity – with that of stick lipsticks – comfort and ease of application.
Instead of the tradition single gel formulation, LIP MAESTRO SATIN boasts a double-gel formula composed by a 70% watery gel and a 30% oily gel, which are highly concentrated with skincare actives. This combination allows for the formulation’s seamless dispersion of its pigments and dyes, as the gels unite to fuse an ultra-staying power with a long-lasting hydration.
The vibrant shades were created by Giorgio Armani International Make-Up Artist Linda Cantello in collaboration with Armani beauty laboratories. In up to 13 evocative shades, LIP MAESTRO SATIN’s nuanced palette represents a fusion of Linda Cantello’s expertise, the innovation of Armani beauty laboratories, and Giorgio Armani’s own mastery of texture and shade.

In honor of World Rewilding Day, YSL Beauty is sharing the compelling first-year results of REWILD OUR EARTH, a major global environmental program to protect and restore the wild, in collaboration with world-renowned NGO, Re:wild. This ambitious long-term initiative, which launched in April 2022, continues to expand its geographical reach with ongoing efforts in its priority regions (Morocco, Madagascar, Haiti and Indonesia), as well as a newly launched national initiative in Canada’s South Okanagan Grasslands.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW: PROTECTING AND RESTORING NATURE’S MOST THREATENED REGIONS
Rewilding is the process of protecting the environment and returning it to its natural state; in other words, to better let nature take care of itself. REWILD OUR EARTH aims to protect and restore 100,000 hectares by 2030––a surface area that is almost 10 times the size of Paris––and to safeguard biodiversity in priority areas affected by climate change (as well as where the brand’s ingredients flourish). Inspired by the brand’s longstanding involvement in Morocco’s Ourika Valley and Atlas Mountains with the innovative Ourika Community Gardens initiative, this project is inscribed within the brand’s new sustainability platform, known as ‘Change the Rules, Change the Future’.
Four global REWILD OUR EARTH programs have successfully been rolled out over the course of the past year, with results reflecting measurable progress toward biodiversity transformations: 16,840 hectares of land and water in total were under active protection and restoration in 2022, and 134,000 trees were planted. The local project updates reflect different levels of activity and progress dependent on a number of factors in each area.
