Kerry is named the Top Irish Staycation Destination for 2021. Why Discover Kerry this Autumn?

After a busy summer, a report from Allied Irish Banks (AIB) highlights that Kerry was the top staycation county for domestic tourists this year. Visitors made an incredible 55 million transactions in the Kingdom over June, July and August.

It’s no surprise then that so many of County Kerry’s hotels, guesthouses and others were named in the prestigious Georgina Campbell Awards 2021.

  • 5-star Hotel of the Year – Park Hotel, Kenmare
  • Guesthouse of the Year – Castlewood House, Dingle
  • Hideaway of the Year – Barrow House, Tralee
  • The Little Things Award for tableware – Fermoyle Pottery, Ballinskelligs
