Phoenix Women’s SHED
The Phoenix Women’s CENTRE is expanding its range of activities, training programmes, workshops, and events.
We are now known as the Phoenix Women’s Centre and Shed.
The Centre will still be providing the full range of supports, counselling, advocacy, signposting to specialist agencies, confidential phone line for any challenges, difficulties or crises faced by women in Kerry. We are still here for you!
Under the banner of the Phoenix Women’s SHED we will be consolidating our Empowerment and Personal Development programmes, Walking Group (every Wed, 11.00a.m. meet at Wetlands), Nutrition classes, Yoga sessions, Drumming, Art Therapy, Self Care Workshops and Talks on issues affecting women. We will continue to hold special events for International Women’s Day, competitions, social gatherings, quizzes and other fundraising events.
All Shed events from July – December 2022 will be held on a Thursday, 10.30a.m. – 1.30p.m. in the Pipers Band Hall, Matt Talbot Road, Tralee.
This Summer to launch our SHED,
we are holding an inaugural
Summer Social event on 15th July
at the Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee.

We will be asking attendees to give us their ideas, suggestions and thoughts about how the Phoenix SHED can serve you, the women of Kerry.
