Starters such as ‘Seared Kenmare Bay Scallops, Annascaul white pudding, lemon and garlic scented cauliflower puree, goats bridge trout caviar’ show how Croi prides itself on sourcing fresh, local, high quality produce. Another such example on the starter menu being ‘Chargrilled asparagus, crispy poached free range Ardfert egg, hazelnut, velvet cloud sheep yogurt’. Even just reading it is enough to make you imagine the flavour and freshness. Complementing the starters so beautifully are the main courses.
