In the first of 2022’s much anticipated Ask The Pharmacist features, Mounthawk Pharmacy’s Pat and Maria discuss the various supplements available over the counter to help you kickstart the new year in the best way possible.

“First and foremost, we would like to wish all the people of Kerry a belated happy new year. We know 2021 brought it’s fair share of hardships-COVID is still dominating the headlines, but we all have hope that life will return to normal this year. Here in Mounthawk we are big fans of new year resolutions. This year we resolve to be healthier and to win the lottery once and for all. So read on for a snapshot of some of the products that we ourselves use to help us stay fit and healthy.

An extremely popular range of products available in our store is the Revive Active range. This lifesaver contains a unique blend of biotin, phytoceramides and marine collagen to keep your skin, hair and nails looking their best. For women suffering with menopausal symptoms, we have heard wonderful feedback about the Revive Meno-Active product. Fosfor syrup is a product you can try to help improve your appetite which sometimes wanes when you are unwell.
