Are you missing your favourite food from Ballyseedy? Feeling peckish for their scrumptious seasonal soups and pies, full of flavour and homemade goodness? Well, miss no more because the lovely folks at Ballyseedy have launched their new range of Heat at Home meals so you can enjoy their delicious signature dishes delivered right to your door. We figured you’d want to know more about this so read on, and you’re welcome!

Kerry Connect had caught up with Catherine and Naomi who manage the cafe here at Ballyseedy around the cafes latest venture.

What exactly is the product?

The Ballyseedy team have come up with three bespoke ‘Heat at Home’ delivery food boxes, ranging from €40 to €60. Our chef and restaurant managers have carefully curated each dish to cater for all taste buds this Winter.

Think Roast Seasonal Root Veg and Fresh Herb Soup, Lamb, Root Veg and Pearl Barley Stew with Creamy Chive Mash, Signature Dhal with Butternut Squash, Cauliflower and Fragrant Rice and to finish, scrumptious sticky toffee puddings. Customers are guaranteed a generous portion, that will last a few days.

Who is it aimed at?

Our ‘Heat at Home’ box is aimed at everyone. For example, the home head chef that may need a night off from the kitchen or maybe the household grocery shopper who fancies a break from the supermarket. It’s ideal for a cosy family night in around the fire, a date night or even singles night, and more importantly the food offering is inclusive with gluten free, meat and veggie dishes. 

Is delivery free?

Yes. FREE delivery within a 10k radius of Tralee.

Are ye currently still open?

Yes, the cafe at Ballyseedy is open for takeaway from 9.00am to 3.00pm daily and our garden centre is open for essential items until 5.00pm daily.

What is going on at Ballyseedy for Christmas?

Our team have been busy gearing up for the festive season, and more than ever before, we look forward to welcoming our customers back in-store on December 1st.
